The rules for using the StilHub platform, for clients and partner salons. Please read them carefully.

Operator note: The StilHub platform is owned and operated by MEDIASTAGE S.R.L., with registered office at str. Timiș nr. 81B, Giroc, Timiș County, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2026045379002, unique registration code (CUI) 55259305, e-mail: [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "StilHub", "we").
In short: by using StilHub, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults (18+).
Welcome to StilHub.ro. By accessing or using the website, the mobile applications (including the browser-installable version, PWA) or any service we offer (whether as a visitor, end client or partner salon), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended exclusively for adult persons, at least 18 years of age and with full legal capacity. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this condition. We do not target, and do not knowingly collect data from, persons under 18. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company (partner salon), you confirm that you have the right to bind that company under these Terms.
In short: "Client" = the person who books or orders; "Salon" = the business that provides the service; "StilHub Services" = the technical functions we provide.
In short: we only facilitate the connection. The service and the products are provided by the Salon, at its own responsibility. The contract is between you and the Salon.
StilHub provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform that facilitates the connection between Clients and Salons. StilHub acts exclusively as a technical intermediary. Specifically:
In short: keep your real information and password confidential. We may require phone confirmation via SMS. We may suspend abusive accounts; you can delete your account at any time.
Certain features require an account. You undertake to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for the activity on your account. You can notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
In short: use the Platform honestly. No fraud, illegal content, fake reviews, spam, scraping, or attempts to trick the system.
You undertake to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with the law. The following are prohibited, by way of example:
We may remove content that violates these rules and may take the measures described in the Accounts section.
Reporting illegal content (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on Digital Services, DSA): you can report illegal content, listings, or products to [email protected] or through the tools in the app; we will review reports diligently and act accordingly. Salons that list products for sale undertake to provide and keep up to date the identification and traceability information required by law (name, registered address, contact details, registration code), which we may request and display in accordance with legal obligations.
In short: a booking is a request sent to the Salon. Cancellation rules are set by each Salon. Repeated no-shows may be penalized. The waitlist does not guarantee a spot.
By submitting a booking, you are requesting an appointment at the chosen Salon, on the selected date and time. Confirmation and the applicable rules belong to each Salon.
In short: card payments are processed through Stripe, and the money goes directly to the Salon. We do not store your card. Cancelling an online payment triggers, where applicable, an automatic refund.
Where the Salon has activated online payments, card payment is processed through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / Stripe, Inc.), acting as payment processor. Important aspects:
In short: you order products online (including several in one cart) and pick them up from the salon. The seller is the Salon. For online payments you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the legal exceptions.
Some Salons may list products for sale. Orders are placed online, you can add one or more products to a cart and pay for them together, and pickup takes place at the salon (there is no courier delivery). The seller and issuer of the fiscal documents is the Salon, not StilHub.
In short: subscriptions (session packages) are offered by the Salon, have a validity period, and unused sessions are forfeited upon expiry.
Salons may sell "memberships", packages with a preset number of sessions for certain services, valid for a fixed period. These are offered by the Salon, not by StilHub. Sessions are used up when booking; the membership has an expiry date after which unused sessions are lost. The terms of each package (number of sessions, covered services, validity, refund policy) are set by the Salon and displayed before purchase.
In short: gift cards and promo codes are issued by the Salon. As a rule, they are not exchangeable for cash. The conditions are set by the issuing Salon.
Gift cards and promotional codes are issued and honored by the Salons. Validity, value, terms of use, and any restrictions are set by the issuing Salon. Gift cards are generally not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable, except as provided by law. StilHub only provides the technical support for issuing and validating them (including the QR code used at the salon).
In short: reviews must be genuine and accurate. You may only review a business where you were a client. We may remove fake or abusive reviews. You grant us a license to display them.
Clients may leave reviews and ratings for salons and specialists. By publishing a review, you:
StilHub may moderate, hide, or remove reviews that violate these Terms (e.g., fake reviews, spam, personal attacks, conflicts of interest). We do not edit the content of reviews in a way that distorts their meaning. The average rating displayed is calculated from published reviews. How we verify reviews: the system accepts a review of a salon only from an account with at least one confirmed booking at that salon, and a review of a product only from an account that has picked up an order containing it. Verification is automatic, not self-declared. We do not publish sponsored or paid-for reviews, and we do not offer any benefit in exchange for a positive review.
In short: salons get 30 days free, then a paid subscription (+VAT). They must be legally and fiscally compliant. Ranking in the list is transparent: paid "Boost" appears first, marked "Promoted".
Salons that use the administration panel benefit from a free trial period (currently 30 days, no card required), after which access continues on a subscriptionbasis. By registering, the Salon undertakes:
Data export (calendar and clients): the admin panel allows the Salon to export data on appointments and its client list (e.g., in Excel/CSV format) and to generate reports. With respect to its own clients' data, the Salon is and remains the data controller, with StilHub acting as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR), within the limits of the Platform and under a data processing agreement. Once data is exported outside the Platform (e.g., calendar or client list in Excel/CSV), StilHub no longer has technical control over it, and the Salon remains solely responsible for their lawful processing, storage, security, and use, in accordance with GDPR, including the legal basis for processing, confidentiality, and respect for data subjects' rights. StilHub is not liable for how exported data is used, stored, or shared by the Salon outside the Platform. The Salon undertakes to use this data only for legitimate purposes related to its own activity and not to sell it or transfer it without authorization.
Subscription, fees and billing: the subscription fee, the one-time setup fee, and any additional options (e.g., SMS credits, the product sales module, "Boost" promotion) are displayed in the panel and on the pricing page, plus VAT. Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable tax legislation. The subscription can be cancelled according to the conditions in the panel; upon expiry of the subscription/trial period, the salon's visibility in the app and its ability to receive bookings may be suspended. "Boost" promotion and additional modules do not guarantee any particular number of clients or bookings.
Display order (transparency of ranking parameters): in the app's listings, salons are ranked mainly according to: (1) paid "Boost" promotion, salons with active Boost appear first and are clearly marked with the "Promoted" label; (2) relevance to the client, distance from their location (when the client allows location access) and the average review rating; (3) in the "New on StilHub" section, the date of registration on the Platform. Ranking cannot be influenced in any other paid way besides the "Boost" option, which is displayed transparently. Salons may raise questions or complaints about ranking, account suspension, or the operation of the Platform through the ticketing system in the admin panel or at [email protected], we handle them diligently, generally within a maximum of 48 business hours, with an individual response.
Suspension, restriction, or termination of a salon account (Regulation (EU) 2019/1150): any restriction, suspension, or termination by StilHub of services for a partner Salon is accompanied by a statement of reasons, communicated on a durable medium, and, as a rule, by reasonable prior notice (in principle 30 days), except in cases of serious breaches, fraud, legal obligations, or security risks, in which case the measure may be immediate. The Salon may challenge the measure through the internal complaint-handling system (tickets / [email protected]).
Mediation: for disputes with partner salons that are not resolved internally, StilHub is willing to resort to out-of-court mediation through authorized mediators listed in the Register of Mediators of the Romanian Mediation Council (Art. 12 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150). Mediation does not affect the parties' right to go to court.
In short: you refer salons, you earn a commission when they become paying clients. Fraud or self-referral voids commissions.
Individuals or legal entities (sole traders/companies) who refer new salons may take part in the affiliate program and may receive commissions, a one-time bonus upon the salon's retention, plus a recurring percentage of the referred salon's subscription (tiered), for 24 months, under the conditions displayed in the dedicated section and in the Affiliate Collaboration Agreement, which the affiliate accepts and signs upon registration.
Affiliate program disclaimer. The Affiliate acts as an independent partner; participation does not create an employment, agency, or representation relationship, and does not entitle the Affiliate to bind or represent StilHub before third parties. StilHub does not guarantee any income: the figures shown are purely indicative, and earnings depend on the number of referred salons that become and remain paying clients. The commission is owed exclusively on amounts actually collected by StilHub from the referred salons; it is voided and, where applicable, reclaimed in the event of fraud, self-referral, fake accounts, refunded/charged-back payments, or early termination. The Affiliate is individually responsible for their own tax obligations (individuals, with withholding tax as required by law; sole traders/companies, invoice-based). StilHub reserves the right to modify the rates, tiers, and conditions of the program, with prior notice, or to discontinue the program. The detailed, binding terms are those set out in the Affiliate Collaboration Agreement.
In short: you receive necessary messages (confirmations, reminders) via e-mail/SMS/push. Marketing only with your consent, which is revocable. We use your location only with your permission, to show nearby salons.
By using the Platform you agree to receive necessary transactional necessary communications (booking confirmations, appointment reminders, order notifications, verification codes, replies to requests) via e-mail, SMS, and/or push notifications. Communications of a Marketing communications are sent only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (unsubscribe).
Location: to show you nearby salons and calculate distances, the app may request access to your device's location. This feature is optional, is enabled only with your permission, and can be turned off at any time from your device settings. The processing of this data is described in Privacy Policy.
In short: StilHub is also available in other EU countries. Each salon's prices are displayed in its own currency. Invoicing for foreign salons is done in EUR. The Romanian version of these Terms prevails.
StilHub is available to clients and salons in several European Union countries. The following applies to them:
In short: we use trusted providers (payments, SMS, e-mail, notifications, maps, hosting). They process data only for as long as needed; see details in the Privacy Policy.
To function, the Platform uses specialized third-party providers, including: payment processors (e.g., Stripe; for platform billing in Romania, Netopia), invoicing (e.g., Oblio), SMS sending, e-mail, push notifications, maps, and hosting. These providers process data strictly for the purpose of providing the respective service. The list of processors and the legal bases for processing are detailed in Privacy Policy. StilHub is not liable for the services, terms, or policies of these third parties beyond their role within the Platform.
In short: the StilHub trademark, logo, and software belong to us. Salons' content remains their own. No unauthorized copying or scraping.
The "StilHub" trademark, logo, design, original texts and the Platform's software belong to StilHub and are protected by law. Content uploaded by Salons (names, descriptions, photos) remains their own; they grant StilHub a non-exclusive license to display it for the purpose of operating the Platform and declare that they hold the necessary rights. Copying, automated extraction (scraping) or unauthorized reuse of the Platform's content is prohibited.
In short: The Platform is provided "as is", without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect losses; maximum liability is capped. Consumers' mandatory rights remain unaffected.
StilHub Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation of the Platform. In the event of downtime (server outages, technical maintenance, network failures or force majeure):

The content published on the blog is strictly informational and educational in nature. It DOES NOT constitute medical advice, dermatological advice, professional specialist advice, diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan.
By accessing and reading the blog articles, you confirm that you have understood and accepted these limitations and that any decision regarding personal care or treatment remains your sole responsibility, in consultation with qualified specialists.
In short: Romanian law applies. We first try to resolve matters amicably. You may contact ANPC (the National Consumer Protection Authority) / ADR bodies. Complaints about the service should first be addressed to the Salon.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. We strive to resolve any complaint amicably, you can write to us at [email protected]. We remind you that, for services rendered and products sold, the contract is between the Client and the Salon, and complaints about the actual service should be addressed to the Salon first.
In short: force majeure, clauses are severable from one another, we may assign the contract (you may not), tolerance does not amount to waiver, notices are made in writing, and this document is the entire agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, to reflect changes in the services or legislation. Changes become effective upon publication on the website, and the date of the last update is displayed at the beginning of the document. For significant changes, we may notify users through reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For partner salons, changes to these Terms (to the conditions of use of the B2B services) are notified on a durable medium at least 15 days before they take effect, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, except for changes required by a legal obligation or necessary for security reasons or to fix a malfunction. The Salon may terminate the subscription before the changes take effect.
